so I'm a 6s med main and I'm ok I guess. there's a few things I notice when I look back at demos and that I realize in game that I'd like to work on and the most prevalent is my tenancy to get overwhelmed when my team has bad health and we're in potential danger. when I watch my POV it literally looks like I'm just clicking between players really fast and not really healing anyone in particular for an extended period of time. I've also noticed that if I try to tank a player to a decent amount of health before moving onto the next player a teammate will often complain in mumble and I get overwhelmed again lol. how can I combat this and who should I be focusing most in keeping alive assuming ubers and players are relatively even?

im a mediocre medic trying to climb my way through open but when someone criticizes me i just start feeling really shitty. like i think im a pretty nice guy and ive learned a lot from people yelling at me and im grateful for it but ive ended pugs legitimately feeling sick cuz i hate confrontation and im such a people pleaser. and the worst thing is that most of the issues arent even tf2 related its like i need to fix them irl so that when i get criticism i can keep it in mind without taking it personally

Hey, I'm looking for a Silver HL team that's relatively serious about doing well but isn't super uptight (I plan on focusing on 6s next season but still would like to have a semi-productive HL season). I have 2 seasons of HL (if my memory serves me right, one was never finished or we were suspended or something like that) as scout and soldier, and on my 3rd season of 6s (2 as med, one as roamer). I have somewhere around 400/500 lobbies and have the meta down for the most part (particularly for spy and solly).
