i have no clue, ive never used them lol. i just know where to get them.
you put them in your custom folder, maybe ill upload a readme sometime to make it more clear, but i think it's the same as in this thread so the instructions there should suffice
edit: it works in certain pug and scrim servers as well as most public jump/surf/dm/mge servers ive tried (dunno about pubs i dont play them very often)

for whatever reason my uni doesn't have ethernet ports so im forced to use wifi
my question is should i play with my regular 'good connection' net settings or switch to the bad ones
i just played a pug where i was almost constantly warping around and rubber banding and it felt like none of my shots were regging (scout)
i turned on net_graph 3 for a bit and saw a bit of choke/loss and every few seconds people would freeze and suddenly stop moving then shit would go back to normal again and theyd jump forward (at one point a scout completely disappeared from my screen during the period of lag)

luckily fab is a talented pocket gamer as he has mastered the art of rocket propelled jumping (via specialized rocket jumping training maps), gamesense/calling (from playing the medic class), and he also has developed an adequacy of shooting enemy gamers utilizing the rocket launcher gun (and shtognu)

RollingWhat people haven't really mentioned in this thread (unless I missed something) is that there are also tighter angles/fights you can take with an original with certain corners, like if you play from porch/haunter into house with the original you're a lot less likely to get juggled in or caught out as you don't have to fully expose yourself to fire a rocket inside. In regards to fights, something like contesting bottom left against a roamer on gully mid would be a good example, as again you're less exposed and you won't shoot yourself as you back off around the corner. Basically any angle where you need to peek to the left of a corner or wall is slightly safer with the original, unless you're an odd one using left handed stock.
there's also certain spam angles like the one on badlands battlements above graybridge which only work with the original
is it possible to switch from the left handed and right handed stock viewmodels in game? would be funny if you could make a script that swapped it on the fly for peeking left corners
