edit: reuploaded for minor fix & decided to make two separate vids for newer/older stuff
I use the obs studio automatic scene switcher plugin and have found it to work fine with chrome tabs and many other games (csgo, tf2, civ v, civ vi, tabletop simulator) but for some reason it never works with Fortnite. I don't know what's different about this game but I've tried running it in both windowed and fullscreen mode to no avail. The other issue is that for some reason when I do manually switch to the fortnite scene, it will usually start out as all black and the game capture doesn't get anything. I then swap back to my desktop scene with monitor capture and it shows fortnite fine, then I'll swap back to the game scene and it will usually work (sometimes I have to repeat a few times). I'm thinking there must be something different with how the game works that is messing with it. Because I don't have the stream overlay I suppose I could just have it be desktop capture but sometimes it shows the taskbar and it won't go away and other stuff can come up and be distracting
Pretty annoying filling this out on my phone because the next page button is right next to a bunch of ads so I would accidentally clicked on then instead (pretty sure Google surveys don't have ads and there's better platforms, for the future)
I don't think I want to carry around something that big in my pocket lmfao, I think I'm just gonna say fuck it and use the included cable thing cause it honestly doesn't sound that bad it's just not that loud so if I'm in a crowded subway or something it's a big annoying but not a big deal.
I have a Pixel 2 and bought a Fiio K1 in hopes of getting better audio than the included dongle thingy, but I haven't been able to get it to work. I plugged in my fiio e10k which I use for my desktop and it worked perfectly fine, and the K1 worked fine with my PC as well, but for some reason my phone just doesn't work with this other fiio amp. Do I need to root it or something to get it to work? I just got the K1 today so I might just return it and buy something else if anyone knows another portable amp/dac that works tbh
in addition to what everyone's already said, kritz to mid is actually really good when there's not a lot of time left because if the mid fight is taking a long enough time you just get to kritz and have a good opportunity to quickly win it
i played an invite match in s24 vs mae's team and went kritz to mid when there was like 56 seconds left going into the round and it was tied 4-4, the other team all thought it was impossible to win and figured it was going to go into golden cap, but we wiped them on mid and jarrett spawn camped them with kritz and we capped in the very last second (thanks to esea giving a tiny bit of extra time at the end)
id like to clarify im only subbing for like two weeks until i leave and am in europe for the rest of the summer
SlicerogueI agree that faceit is a worse platform but i also believer that pugging on faceit will provide benefits long term. With that said there was this post which I think sums it up quite nicely on a previous post.

ok i just gotta say we tried esea pugs for a good bit and they were frankly awful, im not going to put myself through playing unfun pugs just to hope to someday *maybe* do something for the game in the long run (yea guys im sure a valve $100 million major is gonna happen just keep playing faceit pugs and cross your fingers)
the game is ten years old i dont think its going to suddenly get big because we played faceit lol
