tsc[Geknaiircan pugchamp please change the sub system?
The method right now is actually supposed to be closest rating to the original player, so it's odd that it seems like only high-rated players are coming in. I'll take a look at it but I don't think there's much I can do in the current system.
In the future, the idea is to use a better set of metrics to decide who gets substitution spots. It's likely that the system will take into account how frequently a player is in a game with other players, as Jarrett said, as well as the new skill metrics I briefly touched on before. We also hope to allow captains to choose from a pool of players narrowed down from those who apply to the sub spot rather than being assigned a sub automatically.
Please do this it it will save so many headaches of people stealing subs or subbing into pugs they dont belong into
Is it always the case that logs don't count crossbow heals? I think in ESEA it tracks them because I remember seeing some absurd pocket heal numbers that only made sense because they were arrow building, maybe logs doesn't though.
I think I got it working but I'm not sure if there's a way to verify except for playing a game and testing to see if the logs come up. I checked my twitch chat and didn't see the LogsTFBot in it even though I specified my channel name in the channels.json file (maybe that's in the wrong place?)
edit: it seems like the channels.json should be in the bin folder with logs-bot.exe but I'm unsure if it's actually working because I don't see it in my chat (though it does say Connected to Twitch IRC Server)

I've seen it in a few streams but I couldn't figure out how to set it up myself. I tried to follow the instructions on lansky's github but got confused. I've installed go and used the go get command to get the logs-bot directory but I don't know where to go from there. If anyone's set it up before and would be willing to help it would be greatly appreciated.
Also I couldn't find a thread on here from a quick google search so I figured I'd make this so that other people don't get confused trying to set this up in the future. Huge shoutout to lansky for writing the bot and making it freely available (at least to anyone savvy enough to figure out how to set it up).
edit: to be more specific, I've created the environment variables but am unsure of where to create the file channels.json
edit2: it didn't seem to work with the file in Go\src\github.com\dpolansky\logs-bot so i moved it to Go\bin and double clicked the executable and now it says connected to twitch IRC server :)
If anyone else is stuck trying to figure out how to set it up, I followed this guide which made things pretty simple and easy to understand.
Then once that's done, just follow the instructions on the github. In order to create the environment variables you just repeat the process for adding in GOPATH and make one for LOGS_BOT_OAUTH_KEY and LOGS_BOT_USERNAME

Pretty sure last year you could get a 144hz benq monitor with either the v8 or v10 and the peripherals being something separate (probably have to pay a bit more if you didn't bring your own stuff). I think I got the v10 just to be safe cause tf2 is so cpu reliant and for streaming.
also marmaloo can't go afaik
When I was trying to get less bad at scout for i58 I found it really helpful to watch demos (or demo reviews on youtube) of good scouts and watch how they play mids, last pushes, taking fights, target selection, etc. At the end of the day as gek and others have noted, a lot of scout is just hitting shots so that would probably be your best bet at an open level. There are some other things that can be quite helpful like making sure to get a buff and not pushing flank without 185 or some other advantage (dm advantage counts here as exemplified by clockwork).
VCSFroyo is 5-1 now after their match against Legalized Ranch
koth is win limit 4 not 5
edit: whoops misread that on my phone as a prediction
but corsa already has 5 ping online tho O_o

i mean its kinda aids if a demo can just clear ur sticks on point for free so it certainly has its uses on certain last pushes etc, but in general having only 4 stickies in ur clip kinda fucks you out of being able to spam and deny chokes
CaptainZidgelJust from looking at the screenshots I'd say remove panels so rocket jumping into it is easier... or just remove the top part above the point altogether.
just remove the whole map tbh
