Having a subpar performance is different from not performing the best out of all the lan players. (Idk if that's necessarily accurate as he and ma3la did work in s18 and their team got 2nd place, regardless of the number of times alfa died)

In any given group of players there has to be a range in performance, and by your logic it seems that players on a 4th place lan team should no longer be qualified as lan players.

I enjoy reading before bed but recently I've been finding meditation very helpful in relaxing my mind and body before rest. More often than not, the reason I am kept awake unable to sleep is restless thought and anxiety, both of which I am able to deal with by clearing my mind. There are lots of guided meditation videos on YouTube and its been surprisingly effective even when I was just starting out. Practicing mindfulness has definitely helped relieve stress from my life and allowing me to sleep better.
asmr is pretty cool as well but you need to have the diligence to not get distracted and use your phone/laptop for anything else, plus personally, i feel wierd weaingr headphones all night haha

If I'm not mistaken, even on 120fps, each frame is displayed quicker on 144hz so it would make it feel more responsive

As far as headphones are concerned there is a lot of variety to choose from, you should do some research and decide on priorities (things such as open vs closed headphones, soundstage, mids, warmth, neutrality, etc.). Headfi is a good site to use as reference.
