This is really biased cos I play scout most, but I can't tell you how many times in a highlander game or pub I have dodged rockets, pipes and everything, only to have a mini sentry kill me because it aims better than anyone on the other team.
One of few weapons in the game I would remove without a second glance - people shit on auto-aim in Overwatch, but we have our fair share in TF2 :(

some of the fixed settings are just pointless, it's not as if you gain some advantage over other players by using a config (other than fps, which is really valve's problem not the players' to fix)
