correct, i said na has no newbie web based pug system, given that a mix is different than a pug
edit: i see what you mean now. there are no open/lower level pug sites anywhere at all. my bad. everywhere sucks.
eu still better tho.
edit again: i've been informed there is both a pro and open system in eu pugchamp
there is also an na pro pugchamp but no one uses it (much like the eu one)
also if you think eu is good just add for eu pugchamp, no one is stopping you
