JarateKing has a post patch fix on like page 3.
my bad tried it in a priv server and didn't do damage, it works just follow what jarateking posted

termoso try to buy a new mouse, zowie have a lot of great products
you want something that is comfortable for you based on how you hold the mouse
i would also suggest upgrading to a 120/144hz monitor if you haven't already, and making sure you are getting a good frame rate ingame
once you have done that you can start practising properly, i would suggest pugging and dm mod but mge is also great if you enjoy it!!
