I dont know if this is the right thread but
I want to upgrade my graphics card, atm i have a nvidia GeForce GT 530 and a budget of around 200-250 euro.
My pc is an Asus CM6330,
I use my pc mostly for tf2 and video editing.
What do you guys suggest?

I started playing again and it was fine but after 10 mins the lag spikes are back...

I am from italy and any server in europe has 1800 ping spikes so i dont think its that

This morning i was playing mge and the game was running just fine, after a few rounds i started having very heavy lag spikes; the fps were fine, always over 300 so i figured it was some kind of connection problem so i tried restarting the modem and restarting the pc but none of these two methods fixed the problem.
Speedtest shows normal connection but i noticed that if i keep refreshing the server list in game sometimes all the servers will have around 1800 ping but refreshing again will show normal ping.
I am kind of a noob about this stuff so that's why im asking you guys for help, if you need to know determinated pc specs ask and ill aswer asap.

I am learing how to use the demo smoothing feature but every time when i save and try to play the smooth demo i can't find it, typing playdemo NAME_smooth in console gives this messege:
CDemoFile::Open: couldn't open file NAME_smooth.dem for reading.

Am i doing something wrong? Do you guys know why this is happening?
