MightyDoes anyone actually know where the meter positioning is for the Shields? I tried to use HUDDemomanCharge inside the hudlayout.res, but it doesn't do anything at all.
I really can NOT get over the fact that its in the bottom right corner.

I don't think it's worth a thread but I've made a video on HUD editing, so far I've covered hudplayerhealth. I'll be doing more in the future on other hud elements.

I'll make a version of the main menu that's got the server control panel removed. Expect it within a day or two. If you want it gone now go to mainmenuoverride.res and near the top is all the server stuff, it's quite clearly labelled, just delete all of it and save.

Find mediccharge in hudlayout.res and make it taller.
For fonts you can even look at the ones that come installed by default with windows, they may not all be great for huds but they are easily accessible usually with bold variants and such.

I don't think it's possible to change the threshold for ammo sadly, lovely consistency from valve.
I've got 0 idea who this guy is but is spread really that wide on minigun that here at 35:56 or so the medic that's visible for like a frame gets hit and is within the spread range?

They are all kinda self explanatory and are found within sourcescheme.res.

But there is like something surrounding the triangle(health bar) I don't know its purpose nor do I know how to get rid of it.

It's because of the use of refract masks, on some textures they kinda show up when they shouldn't. I've not played MvM or the beta game mode thing ever so I didn't think to check if the hud worked in those modes.
They show up and look horrible when you use dx8, the health triangle won't work at all outside of dx9 sadly.
Would it be possible to add one that's just the default scout bracket crosshair?
