I've not done menu stuff in a while but it looks like all you're doing is changing the fgcolor of the word SCOUT, not the actual button itself.

BoredOfYouI downloaded and installed the hud, but I'm not getting the flat textures.
I tried using it without my config. Nothing.
I'm using DX9.
Did you install all the vpks too? Also I'm pretty sure flat textures don't work any more on either sv_pure 1 and sv_pure 2.
I can see myself going on a Disney binge this weekend now.
For playing I like a high viewmodel fov but I feel like it was a bit too much in this.

My only suggestion regarding this owuld be to change the zpos of the red box to be behind the regular health/ammo. It looks sick af already though.
I switch a good amount but I often use a modified GrapeHUD.
WiperWould be pretty cool and useful to have a search option similar to IMDB.com's collaborations and overlaps search. It lets you search for two actors/actresses/crew and gives you any movies/TV shows those people both worked on as the search results. So on logs.tf you would search for two player names or two steam ID's and the results would be any logs that both of those players played in.
I remember there being talks of that function being a reality when the site overhaul is done.

I really like the link from top to bottom spawn on last, normally I just have to sit hitting the loadout preset button to change.
PunchyYou know how when you hit someone your crosshair will turn red? Where can i find the file to edit that? Mine seems to be off center with the middle now and i need to fix it.
HudLayout.res in the scripts folder, no idea which crosshair though. If you want to edit the actual flashing in the future that's in HudAnimations.txt in the same folder. In hudanimations search for event DamagedPlayer.
McstickenI don't know if this was already answered (it didn't come up when I used the search bar either) but how do I make the damage indicator display a different color based on whether I did damage or healing? The numbers that pop up near the target are either red or green, but I can't do the same for the second number.
Also, and I may figure this one out myself by the time someone answers the first part of my post, how do I make the number on the hud stay until the next one? Currently mine disappear at the same time as the ones that appear near my target do.
Can't check it atm but in huddamageaccount there's "PositiveColor" and "NegativeColor", very sure that healing is positivecolor and negativecolor is damage.
