Valve staff abusing powers

sageausValve refused to take action and personally ban anybody in fear that giving themselves that power might set a dangerous precedent. Even though i really hated their system I found the fact that they were really against breaking their own rules when it came to it somewhat admirable, even if it might of been necessary.
calls into question if they did that because of laziness and not on principle
