If that doesn’t work I will message you my hitscan cfg in my config

I mean really the only other place to kind of do this is to go and see the options in cfg.tf
That and also the fact you can make something with hud crosshair customization and given the choice make your own crosshair in VTF editor

I took a look through comangliacoms (updated by sage) and I made a few minor edits to what I think will improve the config a little

I feel that overwatch had it's potential but it lost it's chance for me. I still play it some times but much like the rest it's very stale and even though they tried adding into the community server browser and how customization works it still doesn't seem to affect the outcome.

Blizzards best bet is to get Overwatch 2 out and see where it goes from there.

First are you doing it while in a game?

Second check your cmdrate, updaterate, and cl_interp_ratio. Try and make sure that they are put to 66 for cmd and update. Then for your interp_ratio I want you to use 1 to get 0.0152 when putting cl_interp 0

Try and learn to program with C++ and C# more often in the new year.

You can also just type "setinfo mm_override" in the config file to make it easier to access.

Go to graphics/display and it should be under you resolution named under “scaling”

I would suggest seeing if a performance config (mainly Mastercoms) would fix your freeze issues. I would also recommend going through your launch settings and see what you can change there.
