RGL/ETF2L/Ozfortress decide that they want to kill tf2 by banning one class every season until the are none left and the game is done. What order do you do it in to still have fun on the way out?

For me I'm thinking sniper>pyro>spy>engi>heavy>demo>scout>medic>soldier
Start of by getting rid of the dumb unfun offclasses for golden-age 6s, then get rid of all offclasses maintaining normalcy as long as possible, then ultitrio classes, ultiduo, and finally soldier mge

this is still true but also he deserves a good team

he's right, all soldier players know is feed and lie and demo players are just cringe sticky spammers

I've thought for a while now that the 3 paid divisions of IM, Main, and Advanced should be combined into two divisions
Newcomer is the introductory division with heavy restrictions to foster a newbie-friendly environment
Amateur is an unpaid division for those who have progressed past Newcomer
Invite is the div that you have to earn your spot in and cant just join
IM, Main, and Adv however all fill the same role of being paid divisions that anyone can play in, just with varying degrees of skill. It doesn't really mess with too much to crunch them into two divs

I'm sure there's still conversation to be had about class restrictions in Advanced also. I know people get tired of sandbag invite teams but the division has felt kind of weak lately.

half the config is stuff that actually has a strong reason to be that way and makes the game better like weapon bans
the other half is just stuff that was kind of decided or used a decade ago and never really changed, like max class limit 2, esea config, etc

curious to see what rgl says about this because it raises a lot of questions
like why did it take this long to happen? were there any reports that got looked at for elijah earlier? what changed this time? were AC reports even being kept up with?
since banning elijah absolutely takes a load off of rgl's shoulders and appeases the crowd theres the concern of potential bias too. I doubt this will have any closure since i wouldnt expect them to release their findings in any detail
this definitely makes the most people happy though and it does nicely tie together the gbz fgp scheduling controversy i suppose

When are players finally "good"?

grizzly > tiger
hippo > moose (not close)
3 troops > chimpanzee (not close)
pitbull > lion cub (not close)
polar bear > gorilla (not close)

you need some better matchups for this to be difficult

an average adult polar bear is going to have a 400-1000 lb advantage over an adult gorilla

so was it a scheduling mistake or no? because all im seeing in the ticket is about how its too late to change and nothing about whether or not this scheduling is a problem ans something that shouldnt happen
its kind of unfortunate to see a team knocked out of playoffs contention just because of scheuling and especially in week 8 the schedule really only matters for bubble playoffs so it seems like a pretty big oversight

i think things would be a lot better if rgl either:
A. admit that they don't have the resources to properly audit elijah and actually dedicated or found manpower for that, or
B. admit that they have the resources and have properly audited elijah, but haven't found reasonable evidence of cheating

Because either one of these could be true but the complete and utter refusal to talk about this specific case and instead only talk in vague generalities related to this case just adds fuel to the witchhunt. I dont think it will ever be pretty because theres simply a number of people who will never ever be convinced elijah isn't cheating, but at the very least i think as the league who allowed this player to play, you should give an explanation on why this person is playing and stick to it even if it pisses people off. Right now all im seeing is rgl just kind of avoiding the problem as if 6s season just happen and it watches over them instead of being the actual operators and rulemakers of the league.
