ZuzIs there any way of checking if my version of m0rehud has that? I'm using a edit of it.
it is easiest to just walk around on grass and see if you hear grass or metal but alternatively, go into <yourhud>/scripts/surfaceproperties.txt and compare your text file to the green changes in this link: https://github.com/Hypnootize/m0rehud/commit/40744e15f009bed3b192de88680218fa1d49de4d
if your surfaceproperties.txt file matches the red side (where it has SolidMetal being used everywhere), you're using the one that replaces footsteps.
alternatively, you can just copy/overwrite all of this file's contents into your own surfaceproperties.txt and call it a day
