i've played HL with moist, idk if he's div 1 but I think he could do well in div 2 on soldier. He's a nice guy and I enjoy playing with him, he def can have some intense moments but I think he has been working on those and they are better than they used to be. I think he's a good teammate and would be a great addition to any div 2 team looking to improve and learn :)
