Weirdest People You've Encountered

There was this kid in my highschool named Casey and he'd do the weirdest shit. I remember hearing about how he was jerking off in class one day. Oh and he was also dating this crippled girl and one time they like HARDCORE made out on the bus. Also this one time I was in the bathroom and he came in and started singing "Blood" by My Chemical Romance to himself and I think he was doing a very slight dance while doing it.
He also wore a jacket in school no matter the weather.
