Obviously I'm just one person and everyone has different experiences, but faceit pugs have really been the opposite of enjoyable since their inception. I used to play a shitload of pugchamp (and get fatkidded a lot) and I actively enjoyed 90% of the pugs I played in. People only had to play classes they wanted to play and it was fun. Compared to faceit pugs I've played, and I've probably only enjoyed about 25% of them. Every game seems to have either: one person constantly tilted and bitching about the team, one person actively playing like a dumbass due to being forced onto a class they didn't want to play, or a skillgap so large it would make some classic sandbag teams blush. I know I'm not the best player by any means, and that people would sometimes rather not pick me for pugs, and that's fine. PugChamp allowed that. But now, faceit forces people to play with everyone regardless of skill levels, and this creates, what I think is, an unnecessary amount of tilt or toxic attitudes. Maybe I'm completely wrong, but faceit has really killed off a lot of my TF2 enjoyment lately.

$12 an hour as a manager? yikes
I was brought in to slay team friendship and I failed, I can’t show my face in an esea server anymore

I may do an impromptu cast of the delicious activity game just to insult the team I’m rostered on
Hello friends. I am in a situation where I don't have enough free time to main but could be a reasonable sub. The past season or two I have played/subbed/rang/etc on a bunch of various open/IM teams and I'm not really sure where my skill level lies anymore. I'd say mid(?) IM on both pocket and roamer on a good day.

I love you all
If you're playing scout in dm and complain about literally anything you need to check your mental state
Cleaning through my demos and tried to make a frag vid for the first time:

What is crab_f more sad about: his career at Kroeger or losing his ability to ape in open?
The carcin scout is fat and the bark roamer is a big woof
Even disregarding everything everyone is saying, he’s been complimented by akemi and that’s a big red flag
Well considering, if I remember correctly, every god damn open team advertises themselves as “high open, low-mid IM”, I expect at least one good shitpost
People have been theorycrafting the best way to reach 100 and this isn’t it
- Lots of anime and feminine names
+ Lots of frags
- Neet yet somehow always tired
? I’m on every team they’re on
Rain is a really good scout who has kind of (I think) flown under the radar and hopefully that can change soon
