Here's what you do:
1. Start with low elo.
2. Steal elo from the high elo players. They'll lose a lot of elo
3. Join the arena of another low elo player and switch classes a couple of times and leave the arena to donate elo. You will lose a lot of elo
4. Steps 2 to 3 until everyone has identical elo.

yauchI really hope this doesnt just turn out to be a settlement building game :/
Being set only 25 years after the war doesnt fill me with hope though
definitely gonna be a settlement building focus since the previous fallout games already had made settlements. This is a prequel so its gotta start somewhere.
