This sounds interesting, I may give it a shot. One question though.
How will teams be picked? Will the coaches pick teams? Will newbies create there own teams? Will teams be created by the newbie mixes staff?
It be nice if coaches got to create teams in my opinion. They would be able to set up 6 players with a solid idea of the game, and that they know and like.

I'm assuming no overclocking.
The i7-6700 might/should go down in price a bit once it's in stock everywhere (or you can get it from microcenter if there's one nearby)
.That should leave enough money for a 60Hz monitor (possibly IPS if you want good colours for this one, to watch movies or whatever), which I assume is what you're going for.
You could also replace the case and get something with a bit more room for cable management, but cases are always subject to taste and I'm too tired to whip up a selection right now.

Hey, thanks so much for the build, but I just found out that my mom is paying for my new monitor as my old one is going to my sister. So that leaves like, an extra +$100 in the budget. Would that make any major differences?

What are you going to be using it for?
It is going to be my computer for literally everything, gaming, school work, watching shit. I really want to be able to get enough frames in TF2 that my 144Hz monitor will be worth something though. Other games I play are CS:GO, Rocket League, DayZ, but I want to get good frames in anything really.
Edit: OH I also would like to be able to twitch stream, but it isn't all that important if it will significantly bring down the quality of the other things I care about.
I saved up a little more than 1k and I am looking to buy a PC.
I already have a 144Hz main monitor, a mouse pad, mouse, keyboard, the works.
I really just need a decent second monitor and the actual computer itself.
I am really new to this, so if any extra information is needed, I will try my best to give it to you.
