I don't know what exactly this #BYPCOMP thingie was but I guess it was some kind of frag movie competition. Does anyone remember who organized this and have those people been contacted? Maybe one of them has a copy on an old forgotten hard drive or so.
This will be up until around Christmas so go grab it if you ever wanted a legit copy. It's usually 399$ and theres a bunch of other software coming with it.
It has a few minor restrictions like not including a whole lot of third party plugins or so but all in all it's definitely worth for this price. You can learn more about different Vegas versions here:

From what I've seen in AMS' editing streams Beater made some sort of a list with ticks from certain ETF2L officials, idk if this was only made for Ascent.EU or other teams/matches as well but if anyone has ticks or lists of ticks they could be shared to other editors for the sake of this. Or like #5 already mentioned, people who don't have the time or motivation to actually edit clips they could still search for and mark interesting situations to make life easier for others.

Wiethoofdpazer made a plugin, so that CastingEssentials can unpack the original view angles, requires servers to run that plugin though, which not many/none are atm afaik.
