if you can get a proper butter bell then out of the fridge is better. tbh these days i do olive oil spread, out of the fridge, no lid. big fan of the skin that forms on the top. great texture.

Started read Roadside Picnic, which is the book that the S.T.A.L.K.E.R. games are based off of.

Finishing up The MVP Machine, which covers how player development in baseball has evolved over the years. Very solid book, especially all the Trevor Bauer stuff.

I have all the King Arthur stories For when I finish the latter. I want to start on The Damned Trilogy too.

It's a damn good time to be an Astros fan. We have arguably one of the most dominant pair of starters in the history of the game, and an offense that is also historically good. That being said, baseball can get really fucky and I'm kind of nervous about a 7 game series with the bombers. Who ever gets the pennant is going to eat the dodgers ass though.
