It's a font issue, the cross is basicly the plus sign (+) of one of the fonts included in the hud. Just install the Museo and the Archive fonts and you're done. How to install fonts on Mac I have no idea but please stop trashing this thread now.

redd0tlights-Did you install the fonts? If you can't find the fonts, use the mac variants. Iscariote is optimized for all resolutions so it's probably a font issue.^
There is your answer, each hp cross, health, ammo, menu etc uses different types of fonts. If you don't install them correctly, the game will try to replace them with a default font you are using for your Mac OS. Therefore they will be disoriented. What you should do is to follow these steps:
1) Download this compiled fonts you need in order your hud to function properly: Download (Mediafire)
2) Follow this instructionabout how to install these fonts on Mac OSX.
Hopefully it should work now. (Note: I am not a Mac user)

No,im talking about the health and ammo issue.
Did you watched the screenshot in page 8?
As you can see,the + is disorientated.
And is a really,extreme pain.
About the fonts,they work.
But i think i send everything to hell here.
When i put 640x480,another font appears.
Same thing happened with broeselhud.
Anyways,i dont care about the font,i want a fix for the + because is,really,really disorientated.
