Definitely a few teams in open that should have been in low.
I think the higher levels of the playoffs could be interesting since it seems a coin toss who beats who judging from past results
Will add you about a potential game.
Not exactly a top player but im also happy to go over the basic stuff I do know (told to me by actual good players) if you need it.
Got into comp not too long ago and wish I had sooner. Spent way too.many hours wasting time on pubs not improving.
You ll suck at first. Pretty much everyone does. But that's part of the fun - improving and noticing your improvement
Definitely get into it
CoYoTeAdebisiHow much for SVMZI to do a 'How to TF2 Episode 2'?https://i.gyazo.com/8c79666e503553039ef217852842033f.png
Shit.
Good reading my dude.
How much for SVMZI to do a 'How to TF2 Episode 2'?
Fair to say that that is about as strong a team as you could realistically put together to challenge se7en (assuming they were going to LAN)?
Personnel-wise anyway.
Astt still got it.
Smzi always seems to dick on teams, even now.
Nice
People take this game waaaaay too seriously.
SearchlightAdebisiOkay an example. You invest 10 pounds each and get 100 people to do this. You have 1000. The sort of return you'd expect to get based on sensible investing could be maybe 5 or even somehow 10% in a year.
So for all that money you make 50-100 pounds for tf2 in a year.
You might as well just all donate your original money. Unless you agreed to invest in risky as fuck stuff. You could maybe do that as nobody would care of they lost 10 pounds
Buddy if you know of a 'sensible investing' strategy that makes you 5 or even somehow 10% in a year, you could walk into any bank and get a 100k/yr job easily.
Err, the idea is to invest in funds and indexes managed by people who do (take for example the MSCI World Index).
Not to actually do the investing yourself. Gilts plus 3 or so is fairly reasonable to expect, depending on your portfolio composition. Obviously the assumption is that your fund does as expected
Oh, and 'sensible investing' is not to be confused with 'risk tolerance'. And yes, nobody can guarantee a return. Well, unless you invest in gov bonds or near certain future cash flows..
Garbage post and horribly written, but hopefully you vaguely get the idea
Tbf I found this slightly banterous.

You'd likely need a large pot if you wanted to make a decent return any time soon. Or to bet on some pretty risky investments/ unknown quantities.
Speaking as somebody who works in investments.
georgebaiiGetawhaleJust felt like tossing it out there (to nobody in particular) that this year Multiplay is saying "Hey i58 was pretty hype, so we're giving you guys main stage again"
Sooooo
And there's a £5k prize pool on top of that which could be increased with some sponsorship like at other Insomnia's
Sooooo
Can't some shit be agreed that basically whoever wins, the prize fund (at least in part) can be used to fund travel for Yanks or whatever?
Duno why I'm asking you specifically, but yeah. Answer me, now.
Should pre agree to use the prize money to fund teams' travel, whover wins.
Since prize money itself is little incentive
