I'm still able to ctap with a duckjump script (I still have crouch alone bound to Ctrl), and I find myself doing jumps much more consistently than before I started using it.

I used omphud, and this update just 100% broke custom huds for me. I have deleted my resource and scripts folders, reinstalled omp twice, and tried switching to garmen. Nothing works.
My launch options are -novid.
