#21 Programming language in Off Topic

I've had a little experience with python and java before but not too much. I was attempting the same thing as OP recently, with C++, and goddamn I had trouble with codeblocks and getting anything involving the compiler to work. I think I might switch to trying to fully learn Java or Python since I never had any problems getting those set up, and I guess I'm really bad at working with IDE's or whatever they're called.

I'm really glad building a new PC recently was worth it.

#46 remedy vac??? (haven't seen any posts about this) in TF2 General Discussion
Hellbent i do remember you scrimming with bullet and roxanne a while back. im sure they are nice people too

A couple of seasons ago I remember playing with Roxanne for a couple of weeks (we were trying him out on demo for '92 and we didn't think he hacked at the time). Honestly, he was incredibly nice, polite, and soft-spoken in mumble. I don't think personality in-game or out of game can really be used as evidence either way.

That being said Remedy is a really cool dude and I hope this all turns out to be a false positive.

This game is a lot of fun and very well done! like eli said, the sound design is really good. I also really like the scoreboard and play demo feature, it lets me know i outscored saam.

#60 how's life in Off Topic
sheepy_dogs_handNo actually we all have at least 4000+ hours. I don't want to be rude but it's a little bit silly to think that competitive tf2 players in prem have never played the game before lol

This isn't even worth posting "Whoosh", I'm just really disappointed in you.

#41 Warmth Solutions in Off Topic

I have super cold feet and hands, so I usually have my desk over or next to the radiator so my feet are always toasty warm. I always end up living in places with radiators for whatever reason so it doesn't apply to most people.

#38 Typical performance with a high-end system? in Q/A Help

I built a new PC recently and my performance has been utterly incredible. Mainly due to the parts I imagine, but even while streaming and dx9 i get above 200 which makes me very very happy. I even got 1000 fps in ammomod the other day. I still use comanglia's config mainly because i'm too lazy to change all of my settings around.

#117 Remove Sniper Scope in Customization
lilypondSpaceGhostsCoffeeto punish hardscopingthere's a charge mechanic that rewards it but ok

Yes....that is the advantage of hardscoping. There are upsides and downsides to practically anything. I'm not sure if I follow what you are trying to argue if you're trying to argue anything? The advantage of hardscoping is you can do 450 headshot or a 150 damage bodyshot, the disadvantage of hardscoping is you move very slow which makes you an easier target and you have very little visibility outside of what you're looking at. I'm pretty sure people already get mad enough about bodyshots and the like, so I don't think that buffing it is warranted in the slightest.

#115 Remove Sniper Scope in Customization
lilypondyeah, that's pretty much what i'm saying. if it was an inbuilt option and everyone was on equal footing with it, i think it would be cool.
as it is, i agree that it's an unfair advantage, like increased fov plugins and various other things that have been banned over the years.

No, sniper is lame enough to play against as it is, the decreased visibility and awareness while scoping in is to punish hardscoping when you should be aware of what's going on around you.

#1 Space Ghost's Coffee lft Scout in Recruitment (looking for team)

Hi! I'm Space Ghost's Coffee, and I am looking for a team as scout. I am currently a plat HL sniper, and have played scout in open the past 2 seasons. I'd prefer to play on a team with other experienced people to help me, as I have potato gamesense but good DM. I have been recently working hard to improve my scout play. Feel free to add!
