Bloodline Champions is about as close as you can get to Diablo 2's isometric pvp, but it's a bit slower than Diablo 2, and it's structured around team gameplay rather than "duels." If only Westwood's Nox were still around...That game's pvp was on another level

Are you playing in the same resolution as your native desktop resolution, as well as playing in full screen mode rather than windowed mode? Both should improve your performance if you aren't already
