How come?

So I'm going to be investing some money into computer equipment this weekend, mostly peripherals.

Thinking on buying the Steelseries siberia v2 headset and QCK mousemat and a ducky shine keyboard (suggestions on type?).

Wondering if its a good idea to get these? any opinions on them?

I have but I dont like it simply because if you're wearing the gunboats scrolling down doesnt switch weapons on the first cycle. Say if i had slot 1 with viewmodel 1 and slot 2 viewmodel 0. Scrolling down would just turn slot 1 viewmodel off until i scroll down again.

I know this has probably been asked a 1000 times and its such a dumb question but I want viewmodels off for slot 1 and slot 2 and on for slot 3.

the issue is, is that i never used the number buttons, i use the scroll wheel. So this script only works if you press the number buttons. but i want it to work with scroll wheel.

Note: Scroll wheel down goes from rocket launcher to shotgun and scroll up is vice versa.

So I woke up this morning and lanuched TF2 and joined a jump server. I can get as far as picking a team but as soon as i try to pick a class my game crashes instantly. I dont get it? Any ideas.

Not possible. Executing and un-executing (for lack of a better term) a graphical edit or .vpk file isnt possible through a script as far as I know. the only solution i see is remove it from your tf directory when you know you're going into a server with sv_pure 2.

So I've had a G400s since last christmas now but I keep getting this reoccurring problem with it.
The problem is, is that when im playing it will randomly start to pull itself down. As in the cursor will move downwards on its own, in and out of game.

Any ideas? Its really annoying and as far as i know the only fix is unplug and re-plug.

Seems like a launch option issue to me. If you still have a launch option such as "-dxlevel 81" you should remove from the launch options after the first launch or it can cause trouble tabbing back in.

So I have set all my class configs with different crosshairs ingame with cl_crosshair_file for example soldier is cl_crosshair_file crosshair7

Everythings working fine except for sniper. I want the default sniper crosshair but there isn't a crosshair number for it.

So as soldier is cl_crosshair_file crosshair7 but since there isnt a crosshairX (where X is a number) for none i cant get the default crosshair for sniper.

Any help?

If people are willing to pay to join a league then it may and i repeat MAY be possible for a LAN each year. Thats why ESEA can do it. Obviously it's easier said than done but it is possible to have an EU lan if you can get players to pay to join the league.

War is/was pocket on the England 6's team because kaidus can only play demo (or war is a better soldier than kaidus). Not sure if it counts for much but he's played pocket for a team.
