I don't like it because the mid isn't fun to play as Demoman or Medic and the yard to second stalemate is really stupid. I don't actually dislike playing any part of the map as any class besides mid and the yard stalemate though. I'd just rather play a more interesting and fun map like Badlands or Gullywash.

You can have mongo eu soldier aim or incredible youmustmike/cookye/quad tracking and have good aim on Scout. It doesn't matter how you aim any weapon as long as you hit your shots.

This happens every season. It makes sense though. Why spend $85 and have to practice to lose to a b4nny/rando team when you can pay $30 to not practice and fuck around with your friends and win money?
I'm not saying I agree with it or that I think it's a cool thing to do. It just makes sense why it happens.
