Changed my resolution once and can no longer reach the button for options and there seems to be no way to change resolution out of game.

Is my stream quality acceptable?

I think the quality is fine but it looks kinda laggy. I streamed at 30 fps, would 60 fix this? (I have 30 down 5 up internet speed, would this be fast enough).
Looks fairly normal to me, I wouldn't really worry about having to change much settings. 60 FPS would be a plus to your stream over 30 FPS but I'm rather sure 45 would look fine too.
