You're a idiot, it's their team they should be able to choose when they want to forfeit a match or not. This is a video game and no one should be forced to play if they don't want to/don't have the time to at a specific time.

I've been having the same problem and I was assuming it was on my end until I read this. Right now I'm connected to steam after several retries and reconnections to my internet, and now I have this:

Somehow, I'm connected to the internet, steam and I can see friends who enter games and click on them when they do to talk to them, but I can't actually see my friends list wtf.
