Short of being ridiculously passive (if you are constantly having to reload in MGE you are doing something wrong) our shotgun denying on high ground for shits and giggles instead of going for air shots.
Just my opinion. I don't find these things fun to fight against.

SetsulNow try streaming and you'll see the same fps drops OP gets.
Sorry to rain on your parade.
The same as long as you remember to set core affinity. TF2 only really uses 2 cores.

ErenJayCPU bottleneck
I had a 8320 paired with a HD 7950 and was around 200 to 400 FPS. It isn't a CPU bottleneck.
To OP:
Do not use windows 7 with FX series CPUs. For some reason i get significantly better FPS on windows 8/10 with FX cpus.
Also try messing with core affinity when streaming (have TF2 use threads 0123 and OBS use 4567).

I don't exactly have a strong feeling one way or another on the subject, but your post doesn't really mean anything.
I guess i was a little lazy with my post. Allow me to clarify.
A free league encourages more integration with the lower div players as they don't have to play in a separate league. A lot of people don't want to pay to join a league that they have no chance of even doing reasonably in. Separate leagues fragment the community.
