Nice concept but a couple issues i noticed on a quick walk through.
Wall textures are to visually noisy.
WAY to many places that look like you can jump on or over but you can't.
Valve- Replaced convar tf_teamtalk with tf_gravetalk
- When enabled, living players can receive text and voice chat from dead players
- When disabled, living players cannot hear the dead, regardless of team
- Defaults to on, except in Competitive matches
....

_KermitNot exactly what was asked for but I got a decent boost in fps from turning it from 0 to 4 (pretty sure 0 just defaults to 1 anyway).
Turning on aa can help some people get better FPS when there GPU is throttling from under use.
Konceptgame optimization
Wouldn't even be a issue if this game wasn't so CPU dependent. Source engine does a LOT of stuff that modern engines do on the GPU on the CPU. A Source 2 port, even a sloppy, and unoptimized one would probably make a world of difference.
People need to restart there servers every 4 hours instead of leaving them on infinite map time or some ridiculous number. The longer a server is up the worse it feels. Pretty certain TF2 has a memory leak or 5.
