Not sure if it's me or the hud but when I use the shield as medic in MvM and shield-damage someone, it literally goes into frame by frame fps. Thanks for testing it out if it's right or wrong.

Hey guys, I'm trying to get better as competitive scout but my movement/dodging always comes up as an issue. I have some experience as scout in competitive and a lot of hours on TF2 but I just really need help on my movement/dodge. Please help ;(!
