good read man and I agree with every point.
- Consistent temperament so that your subordinates can "read you". Everybody has had that. You show up for scrims and somebody is just randomly in a crappy mood. It messes everything up. I honestly sucked at this too lots of time.
One point that I really struggled with throughout every season I've played and probably one of the most important.

you know what i didnt like about this episode
how they were just losing so horribly but some of these main characters just didn't die for some reason?
Like the camera was focusing so heavily on Greyworm on that one scene when they were trying to light the trench on fire and then like Melisandre just casts that fire spell. I thought Greyworm was gonna have to take the torch and do it for the big sacrifice play. oh well
Or when Podrick. Brienne. and Jaime were being overwhelmed by the zombies for like 20 minutes but the zombies just didn't kill any of them. Were the zombies hugging them or something???
I'm definitely still gonna watch it but there was definitely some dumb stuff going on throughout the episode.

ESEA Season 9 LAN when Dashner sponsored b4nny, tyrone, clockwork, mackey, cyzer, & reptile team because I think eMg dropped them as sponsor and they couldn't go to LAN (?)
They ended up winning. CB- was their original medic but Reptile did really great as replacement medic that LAN as well.
Anyways, I still remember it well enough because that LAN got me really interested in TF2 and the following year I started in ESEA S12
