tried that, and it wont work. i searched it up and it seems like a bunch of people got the same problem and there's no real solution.

whenever i try to start up steam i get these errors:

With old ClientRegistry.blob:
"Cannot connect to the Steam network."

Without:
Steam.exe (main exception): To run Steam you must connect to the Internet

anyone know how i can fix this? i've tried reinstalling steam several times.
