retrogradei think it can be pretty easily proved by looking at ips or location data, if i remember correctly steam does look at that if you claim a hijack or that your account was being used by someone else.
What if a cheater:
Uses a VPN
Leaves his home to go and cheat
I highly doubt that this guy is losing his vac. It will also be hard for him to claim a hijack since steam already has so many security precautions thst it's practically impossible for more than one person to use an account unless they are deliberately account sharing.
