I manipulated the health buff cross so that it fills up the bar depending on how hurt or how damaged the player is. It was a nice idea on paper but wasn't that clear when i did it and instead of filling the gap vertically from down to up, it filled it up horizontally from left to right.
Put this in your HudDamageAccount.res and edit xpos, ypos, wide and tall to your desired specifications. This way its easier cause the animation when doing damage is already done for the whole file. All you need is create your own element.

also im looking for a partner that can help in designing the main menu and the pause menu. I have some ideas in mind but I haven't grasp all the skill of hud-making yet. I'll put your name together with mine as the makers if you want also.
MangachuIs there a reason for the ammo being tanlight while the health is white? I like the hud thats just something that looks weird to me
both are tanlight. The Ammo in clip changes color from bright green to the critical health red. apologies for the late reply
BenroadsHm i'd just go through the team menu files and mess with bgcolor values of a bunch of things. Honestly some editors have names for objects that make no sense (except to them I guess)
Can't find them in the teammenu. I created the stuff in there so I have no idea how to edit this transparent bg out. thanks man

a hud i made from scratch with the exception of going through broeselhud to see how to make my own backgrounds and boxes and buttons.
BenroadsNever looked at the team menu but in a lot of other menu files people have stuff like "shadebg" to make the semi transparent stuff.
yea ikr. I still cant find the properties that affect the black transparent bg. getting quite annoyed.

umm hey this is my first thread here. I apologize beforehand if I post this in the wrong section of the forum.
Well, Im from Singapore and I've been messing around with my default hud till to the point that it came to something like this.
If some entities looks familiar, it's cause I spent some time sifting through other custom huds to see how they did it. Apologies if my hud looks similar or mimics others.
Im posting here as to get feedback about how my hud and the improvements that could be made because I'm very new to this ._. so don't bite me
