I find that simply taking sips of water after deaths is the most calming thing you can do, it gives you a moment to reflect on what's happened / happening in game and prevents you from sperging out in mumble and affecting your teams' morale.

The style aka (super short clips / quick cuts) combined with the screen wobble after frags makes this hard to watch and appreciate the video as a whole. The low colour saturation doesn't help either, especially in the sniper clips. Although it did match well when it was switching maps inbetween frags.
Frag movies with as little intrusive editing as possible are top tier, case in point:
