from upcoming patch:
Reduced projectile speed (now a visible attribute)
Reduced cannon impact damage from 60 to 50. Damage also scales with distance.
Reduced knockback from cannon hit. Knockback strength is now similar to airblast.

flyingbuddyflameit could be your brain is used to processing the distance your health and/or ammo move when you rotate, so things closer to the middle of your screen appear to move faster relative to thing that are on the outside of your screen.
But he states that it's only between m0re hud black and m0re hud edited, where the health and ammo are at the same positions on the screen.
Seems like a valid point though

ccZunDIs there any way to make the control points on the bottom of the screen match the borderless theme you have for the time on the top?
unfortunately valve hard coded it and it won't work on sv_pure
BOT_9000how do i change the size of the vmt crosshairs ?
increase "tall" and "wide" and make sure to center it by changing ypos and xpos values
