#1 need help with brightness in TF2 in TF2 General Discussion

Every time i launch tf2 or any game / app in fullscreen my brightness dimms to 0%.
I've tried pretty much every fix there is and nothing helped me.
Is there any way to make TF2 override the windows settings?
