KanecoKnuckles_I love parking the busIf you're talking about the eu ruleset that has been disproved time and time again, it's all in teams mentality, NA ruleset is as much or even more prone to stalemates than EU ruleset
Not mentioning the increased logistics of running the na ruleset which implies external plugins, etc...

The issues with tournament starting are more than the freeze at start. It also doesn't reset the timer, it doesn't reset scores (So your SOAP stats carry over to the game)
I'm betting they aren't fully activated yet, a lot of those commands are added before they can actually be used

If you don't have payload outlines (Commonly disabled for fps benefits) turn them on. outlines weapons you can pick up
The HUD is really good :)
It's too spread out for my taste but, to be fair on a lot of HUDs I end up moving health and ammo like an inch away from my crosshair

Ways for valve to NOT have fucked this up:
-Ammo on gun is related to the ammo of the gun you dropped. So if you have 4/6 scatter loaded (66%) and pick up a shortstop it should have 2/4 loaded. The reason I think this is the case is because of the change with shortstop's using of a secondaries ammo.
-All stranges are changed to stat trak. While I'm more hoping this selfishly because I like my strange scatter, it also doesn't make sense to have something as worthless as stranges in the game. Their economic value will be about the same as a unique after a while.
