I'm out of the loop, could someone explain ?
The game was played originally and smooth criminals used 3 mercs (not allowed) so the admins gave a default win to Punchline . Originally the result was 1 map each. So both teams decided to throw a map each and force a 3-3 match, as well as using mercs like atmo who had only ever played div6 officials before this just for a laugh.
So the admins decided that this was fraud attempt (clearly it was), and both teams got major warnings and the original default win was restored.
