Reading her impact story on buzzfeed there's alot of shit that doesn't add up with everything else of I've read on this.

This and repeated mentions of bruises, cuts, etc it doesn't add up with the other articles. If she was so bruised and cut why didn't any news outlets mention it, going yeah shes beat up and shit there's no question about it, it is full on rape.
(Some news outlets have explained away the light sentencing as the victim supposedly said in a interview that she didn't want him to go to prison. The other factor being that it could have been consensual and she had passed out, with her being as beaten up as she says I don't think that their would have been any question of whether or not it was rape.)

Again this doesn't add up with the story. She wasn't found behind a dumpster unconscious two men saw him on top of her and chased him down. And it wasn't a potentially people saw him on top of her they examined her, why would they say potentially penetrated when they have all this evidence showing yes you got raped.

also her impact statement originated on buzzfeed a very trustworthy and unbiased news outlet without a agenda she couldn't possible have given the original statement of "i don't want him to go to prison" can changed her mind!?

Just being accused of rape can ruin your fucking life at this point. A crime that is so difficult to prove sometimes such as this case I don't think being repeatedly raped and possible killed in prison is really a reasonable punishment to bestow a upon a man.

I don't know if you read the article, but it suggests that there may have been consent before she passed out and he was too drunk to notice.
And in the pre-sentencing interview with the victim she said that she did not want him to go to prison (perhaps because it was consensual imo). She could have changed her mind after ward because of pressure from various sources for example: she has a boyfriend it being rape means she didn't cheat, political pressure from feminists and what not, she was getting fucked by a dude outside where people could see her maybe she just doesn't want to be seen as a slut or some shit.

I dismissed this story until now because none of the other news outlets seemed to give enough details and just seemed to be using it as a means of proving rape culture or something. After reading this I'm kind of thinking the sentence is a very appropriate length.
