They are pugs intended for new players, such as yourself. The euro ones are run a bit differently than the north american ones. All the info you need will be on those steamgroups. We currently don't have a AU/NZ one, but it is on the way and will be up in due time.

If you are dedicated and motivated to improve and go far in this game, practice alot. Pugs, newbie mixes, dm, mge, etc... However, practice while learning from each of your mistakes made, and attempt not to make the same mistake twice. The more you play, the easier it will come to you.
EDIT: You probably should have kept the first OP, more people would have been inclined to offer advice.

The day it happened I had skipped a class to finish homework I didn't do the night before. When they brought me into the office, I thought it was about that. In my head I was trying to make make a form of an excuse, and when they came to me saying "how morally wrong and how bad I was at being an ethical human being for disabling your friend's iphone"
I was laughing so hard internally, while attempting to keep a straight face in the office. In the office it was the Principle, Vice Principle, and the college counselor. All of them just for disabling an iphone. They were saying how I could have had access to a bank account, credit card information (?!), personal emails and texts, if I had guessed the correct passcode.
Fun times.
