This might be the most retarded statement i've ever read about tf2. American rules DO produce faster gameplay because its not viable strategy to stall at 20 minutes and 1 second into the map. Theres a big difference between getting 5 rounds in 60 minutes compared to a 30 minute timer, European rules are terrible and it amazes me they still haven't changed them.

Adding some transparency (or something else) to make it harder to backcap last from players hiding in dropdown when you're trying to retake second.
At last make it take longer to get into spawn, you can fight and tank damage then change class and be fighting again at full health in 3 seconds or so.
Forward spawn doesn't need major changes, especially if last is easier to attack.
I really don't understand how people have problems with some of these weapons.
Pomson 6000 - slow moving, slow firing projectile that does minimal damage and takes a little bit of uber away...on an engineer. Could you not just pop uber before you get hit instead of blaming a weapon for droping uber? confused.
Phlogistinator - Pyro without an airblast, this alone makes the whole class useless. Bonus is it does less damage and you have to stand still and taunt to get the crits.
Beggar's Bazooka - Pretty disgusting design, but still overall a shit weapon.
Vita Saw - Dieing to get uber advantage? what? Having your medic die is something you'd want to avoid, at best your saving 8 seconds of charging time for 10 less health, doesn't seem that great compared to the crossbow regen to me.
Soda popper - On paper it sounds good, in practice it's a piece of shit. Crits are bad design though.
Reserve Shooter - 3 shot clip size for a situational damage boost, not really useful.
Huo-Long Heater - Minigun that crews thru ammo too fast, not really useful.
Mini senties - Annoying, but really a problem in organized play?

Wrangler - This thing is flat out broken and should of been changed ages ago, more
defense, more damage, more range and auto tracking aim lel.
Scout Pistol - Giving bonus health on a secondary weapon was a stupid idea
Enforcer - Go invis, get first shot from behind and 1v1 kill classes a spy shouldn't be able too, dumb weapon.
Ice knife - No noise, no afterburn, no downsides (temporary losing your knife instead of dying is not a downside).
Overall most of these weapons are disgusting, but not strong to use.
Most confusing complaints - Pyro without airblast, engineer droping medics and medics dieing for uber advantage
