Is your sourcemod + metamod fully up to date?
i know its a stupid question but a lot of people forget about metamod and i know one of the "recent" tf2 updates required sm/mm to be updated

IMO 5 minutes is still going to end up being pretty boring, 4 is probably the sweet spot for keeping things fresh while allowing alternative last busting strats beyond sacks
i will address your point. one guy didn't blackmail rgl into using his config, people used the config at lan and on cups and said "oh this is good we should use this more". There have been like 9 different threads on this website discussing it.
