They are located under sound/ui in the tf2_sound_misc_dir.vpk.

Try toggling mat_mipmaptexture. I don't remember which setting you are on right now, but just choose the other from 0 and 1.
Edit: Jaggies should be fixed for '1'.

ZestyI have adblock disabled and I still dont get ads on TF2Center, not even sure how.

That looks like the ads were network filtered, so TF2Center still counts them as being displayed. I guess your adblock or another extension are still blocking the address of the hosts of the ads.
