twiikuu is right. The thing about the quick fix is that it's charge is really weak compared to uber. I think you would not be able to push certain lasts with it if an enemy team has a level 2 and good focus fire cause it is very much possible to out damage the quickfix uber healing. The main thing is that ppl would run it to every mid fight for the higher healing. Combo dynamics would be even more centralised around tanking a demo or scout on beam due to how efficient the heals are. It's just a shallow unlock that doesn't add much to the game and if anything it takes away and dumbs down. More raw healing and slightly faster to build at the cost of a much worse uber and worse buffs. lowers the skill ceiling!!!
