If you either headshot, or charge up for a fully one yeah, but not instantly bodyshot really. Unless I'm mistaken?
EDIT: Unless the medics you been instantly one shotting with a body shot have been low enough HP?

Nore more major tournaments for SC2 :C, but it took down League a bit with them!
Another thing in CoD is that you can oneshot somebody with a sniper rifle(or so I've seen) even if it's just a bodyshot. It doesn't "charge" up like in TF2, it's really just a quickscope bodyshot insta-kill really. Shouldn't headshots be the instant-kill? It's ridiculous how not only do you have aim assist, but with a sniper rifle that can oneshot with a bodyshot...
I hope that's for CSGO, and not TF2...

i dont think its close to being above average when it comes to fps but black ops 2 is a cool pickup and play game.
It's pretty fun to pickup and play, but is it really necessary to have to release the same thing every time? Adding new weapons and maps every time? When they could just make it into updates really, or their DLCs.
Also I still hear some people say that the graphics are "better" but isn't it a console? Which has hardware? Which limits the max graphics right? I think it'd be understandable if the graphics got better on the PC.

I think it's just the term "aim assist" itself. People should be able to aim without any assist at all if it's a competitive game with some sort of "skill" or something.

Leaky hit the bullseye, also if I remember, it will have 2 copies of TF2 on your hard drive at the same time. So if you don't have enough room for the update, I think best suggestion is to uninstall it before the update comes, and reinstall TF2 sometime afterwards.
EDIT: Also yes, it should decrease the amount of size of TF2, if I remember, they said it should decrease by 1GB at least. Also I think in one of the updates past few weeks, they said something along the lines of "Deleted GB of duplicated content. Whoops!" For the TF2 Beta update which might have also been in TF2 possibly? Either way funny to me. :P

EDIT: One of the best roamers in the game, think it was mentioned somewhere in TF.TV forums that there wasn't alot of good roamers, but he was one of the good ones.
